Privacy

Negus Coffee Co. collects only what we need to sell and ship you coffee.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you bought. When you use the contact form: your name, email, optional phone and your message. We also keep a short-lived session cookie so your cart works, and basic server logs.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure page. Your card number never touches our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy covers what they process.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers. Videos only load from YouTube if you press play.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where they visit from (city level), and what device and browser they use, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies, and Google processes this data under Google’s privacy policy. Google’s advertising features are turned off. When you shop, we tell Google which products you viewed, added to your cart or bought, and the order total, so we can see what’s working. We never send your name, email, phone number or address.

To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (this site honors it) or install Google’s opt-out add-on.
